GREAT MEMORIES MADE AT NATIONALS!!!

On March 1st the Alta Las Scelles headed to Orlando, Florida for

 Dance Champions National Drill Competition!

They spent time at Disney World and Universal Studios!!

Ate, laughed, swam, walked, ate some more and laughed and laughed and laughed!!

Lots of fun, good times, and great memories were made by everyone!!

Who better to be at Disney World with than 23 of your best friends!!

ORLANDO HERE COME THE LAS SCELLES!!!!

The Las Scelles have been working hard ... up at 5:00 a.m. arrive at school at 6:00 a.m. to practice, practice, practice!!  They have been performing at Girls and Boys State Basketball games! 

But .... on Thursday they are HEADING TO ORLANDO, FLORIDA!!!!

They will be competing in the National High School Dance/Drill Team Competition! 

Good Luck Las Scelles!!!  You're gonna ROCK FLORIDA!!!

Have a great time at Disney World too!!

LAS SCELLES MINI DRILL!!!

On Monday, February 6th and Thursday, February 9th the Las Scelles held their Mini Drill for all little girls! The girls had so much fun mastering their dances and learning how to be a Las Scelles Dancer!! Big thanks to Mike and Katherine Morgan for taking studio photos of all the girls. What a great thing for them to each take home to remember the great time they had.

On Friday, February 10th they all performed at the Alta v. West Jordan basketball game!

They were fabulous ... what great dancers they all are!! They really put on a great show!!

LAS SCELLES AT REGION!!!

Great job to the Alta Las Scelles!  They really shined at Region!!  They competed in Military, Dance and Character!  They danced beautiful!  Nice job girls!!! Now.... on to Nationals!!

The Las Scelles will be leaving Thursday, March 1st and heading to Orlando, Florida where they will compete in a National Competition with teams from across the United States.  They will also be having some fun with Mickey and Minnie, and the rest of the gang at Walt Disney World!!!

Looking forward to a great competition and a fun time together!!!

Also coming up is our Year End Showcase ..... And Tryouts for the 2012-2013 Alta Las Scelles Drill Team!!!!  Get ready ......

REGION III DRILL TEAM COMPETITION!!!

The Region III Drill Team Competitions will be held on Thursday, January 26th at Brighton High School at 5:00 p.m.  Doors will open at 4:15.  Tickets can be purchased for $5.00 in the Alta High School office or at the door.

We would love to have tons of support!  The girls have worked so hard and they need your screams, encouragement from the sidelines!  There is so much talent at these competitions ... it's very entertaining!  Bring the entire family and Come and support them on THURSDAY, JANUARY 26TH!!SEE YA THERE!!!



COMPETITION SEASON IS HERE!!!

The Las Scelles had their first competition on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Utah Valley University!  They performed beautifully!!!  They have worked so hard to get to this point and now all that hard work is going to pay off! 

Their Second Competition was at Juan Diego High School on Saturday, January 7, 2012.  Again the Las Scelles did a great job as they performed Hip Hop, Lyrical, Officers, Military, Dance and Character!

On Saturday January 14th they participated in a competiton at Murray High School!  Their dances looked so great!  They are all such beautiful girls and they look stunning in their costumes!  Good Job Las Scelles !!!!!  Work hard and get ready for Region .... cause we're gonna Rock the House and move on to State!!!

Showcase!!

The Las Scelles have been busy practicing and getting ready for their Showcase and

Competition season!!

They have put so many hours in during the last week and it all paid off at the Showcase on Thursday, December 1st!  Their performance was beautiful!!

They have already performed at a boys basketball game and a girl's basketball game this week...

 it's a great way to practice and prepare for the upcoming competitions!
